Synopsis
Mid-performance on stage, actor and filmmaker Pacharo Mzembe learns that his father—halfway across the world—has suffered a stroke. After nearly a decade of estrangement, he races home just in time and journals their final 21 days together. Through candid journal entries and autobiographical reflections, The Last Pages chronicles Mzembe’s deeply personal journey of reconciliation, grief, and the search for forgiveness. As father and son confront the unspoken truths that kept them apart, the memoir becomes a raw and unfiltered account of love, legacy, and the fleeting moments that shape us.
